Thank you for your reply, the problem i was facing back then was invalid android sdk problem, it came after i installed latest version of android studio and used its sdk file instead of the one which comes with the editor while downloading from unity hub because the sdk file was kind of empty(my editor was not able to detect any sdk file there.
